Palm Jumeirah

The Palm Jumeirah is Dubai's most recognised artificial island and a popular driving route for supercar rentals. The main trunk road runs 5 km straight toward Atlantis with the Arabian Gulf visible on both sides, taking approximately 15 minutes to drive at the 60 km/h speed limit. The frond roads branching off the trunk are quieter, lined with private villas and waterfront properties, and typically have minimal traffic. For convertible rentals, the Palm offers warm sea breeze at low speeds, palm-tree-lined roads, and a gradual view of Atlantis that improves as you approach the crescent. The area is residential with a concentration of high-value properties, so luxury and performance vehicles are common. Late afternoon is the preferred time to drive the Palm, as the sun sits behind the city skyline and provides favourable lighting conditions for photography.
